Guido’s broad experience in IT management comprises from sales to the delivery of large and highly complex IT deals and projects. One of his focus areas is up to cost optimized global sourcing of application management. This includes a varied experience in international cooperation with different cultures. During his stays with Accenture and IBM, Guido held several management roles ranging from solutioning, pre-sales and sales over transition to delivery and transformation in the outsourcing lifecycle.
